Shoreline Weed Control is a company specializing in lake front management using a machine known as a "Hydro-Rake".
The hydro-rake is designed to work along the shoreline up to a depth of 12 feet, and remove nuisance aquatic weeds and debris.
The machine begins at the shoreline and works in reverse out into the depths of the water. When the rake is full, the load of debris is deposited on the shore behind a silt barrier, thus preventing its return to the water.
